WeatherFlow got its start helping participants in multiple water sports make the most of their time on the water, and we remain a premier provider of high quality, tailored weather support to these devoted enthusiasts.  Dedicated weather support includes twice daily weather briefings for specific point locations (in season), high resolution WRAMS model output, and real time data and alerts from nearby weather stations.

In addition to providing precise, real time weather information in their favorite coastal locations, our consumer channels have grown into vibrant online communities, with online forums, classified ads and bulletin boards, video sharing, and other exciting features.  Furthermore, as communications technology has evolved, so too have our consumer services.  From the early days of dial in recorded messages and pagers, our consumer services have matured to take maximum advantage of the web, email, and cell phone technology, and are quickly moving in to the wireless Web and 3G applications.

Our first consumer offering, iWindsurf has become a fixture in the boardsailing industry and is the first stop for the serious windsurfer looking for the best possible conditions.

iKitesurf focuses on those specific locations and conditions that are best-suited to the airborne kitesurfer, helping identify the times and places that offer the best chances for “good air”.

With our focus on small scale coastal wind forecasting, our SailFlow offering has become the must-have tool for the serious recreational, cruising, and racing sailor.
