From its earliest days, WeatherFlow’s consumer applications have pushed the boundaries of Meteorology and data delivery to satisfy enthusiasts of weather critical activities.
At the foundation of these products is our premium weather station network where every station is professionally sited and installed to maximize its accuracy for the target area. Over the years, we have added additional competencies such as our own Meteorological staff that provides daily briefings and our own customized WRAMS forecast model featuring resolution computer forecasts down to 1km.
From dial in recorded “voice reports” and pagers, to today’s web, social, and smart phone technologies, our consumer services have been an early adopter to take advantage of the changing communications medium.
Our newest product is called WindAlert and it is the first application to be driven entirely by the WeatherFlow Weather Engine. It is available free on the web, iPhone, and Android and includes global coverage and geared to a more general wind client. WindAlert includes a powerful FREE service and premium upgrades for exclusive content.
